Add the motion of the ocean to your tone. Adjust chorus and tremolo depths independently and adjust both rates simultaneously. Chorus and tremolo rates are offset just enough so that they do not compete with one another but instead join into an effect that is more than the sum of its parts.
The final installment of the Elemental series of effects is here! And just like the rest, I’ve tried to embody the sound of Water in a pedal. Water was the most difficult of the group to decide on - the result of this thinking is a combination of modulation effects - chorus and tremolo rather than one or the other.
The “C” knob controls chorus depth. The “T” knob controls tremolo depth. The “R” knob controls the rate of both effects simultaneously. The effects each use their own LFO, with the chorus utilizing a sine wave and the tremolo using a trapezoidal wave. The trapezoidal wave of the tremolo allows for some of the rising/falling feeling of a sawtooth or triangle wave, while also still delivering some of the chop of a square wave.
Like all the other Elemental pedals, this is polished, engraved, and hammer-textured by hand, making each one subtly one-of-a-kind.
