Is it New?

Unless specifically marked as [USED] (see the Outlet), all items are new and factory fresh.

So what does [USED] mean?

[USED] items in the Outlet are lightly or even unused store returns, store demos or scratch and dent. Any defects, issues or damage to an item (if any) will be listed in the item description. All items are inspected prior to listing and are pictured with any and all included boxes, parts or accessories. 

Is it In Stock?

Items that show Add to Cart are in stock and ready to ship.

Items that are not currently in stock will display Not Available. You can click on Notify Me When Available to receive an email when the item is restocked.

Items available for pre-order will display "Pre-Order" (and typically the date of expected shipment).

How do you Ship?

US Shipping is free for orders over $20. We ship most pedals via USPS Priority Mail. Guitars and amps typically ship via UPS. Some items in multi-piece order may ship separately and/or from a warehouse other than our store.

International rates vary by country, usually around $39. Prices and shipping costs do not include VAT or other import taxes which may vary from country to country. Buyer is responsible for all import taxes and duty.

Some items are not available for shipment outside the US including all [USED] items and new amps, guitars and pedals from Earthquaker Devices, Becos, and Strymon.

Can I Return it?

For new items, a full refund is available via the original payment method within 14 days of purchase. Buyer covers return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a shipping error or manufacturer's defect. Items must return in the same condition as when first shipped. Returned items must be in original packaging and include all manuals, stickers, documents and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item if it does meet these conditions.

For used items, a full refund is available via the original payment method within 7 days of purchase. Buyer covers return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a shipping error. Return items must return in the same condition as when first shipped. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item if it does meet these conditions.

To return your item, please contact us for an RMA number (and a return label, if applicable). We do not charge a restocking fee.

NOTE: Do not use only the item's original box for return shipping. The box is a part of the product and must be returned in original condition.
