In D&D, Advantage rolls give the player a higher likelihood of overcoming a certain task or obstacle. The Advantage Dirty Boost gives your guitar/bass an instant rock n' roll charm that will blow you and your audience away! This is my take on a one knob, tube-simulator overdrive. When your guitar volume is dimed, you receive a wicked overdrive tone and you won't want to stop playing. When your guitar volume is dialed back, the pedal cleans up nicely and adds the sheen of a tube amp to your tone. There's not a huge difference between this and the bypassed sound, but it just simply sounds better. You can even mess with the tone control on your guitar to alter the sound. There is plenty to experiment with on this one-knob pedal! This pedal has ALOT of gain on tap so take it slow at first!
